Chocolate Ice-Cream I

Serves 6
Ingredients:

2 c Thin cream
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
Few grains salt
6 tb Sugar
1 1/2 Squares unsweetened
-chocolate
1/2 c Cold water

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Add sugar, water, and salt.
Cook 10 minutes.
Cool.
Add cream and flavoring.
Mix well.
Freeze.
