Crab Newburg In Popovers Recipe

Ingredients:

Popovers
2 tb Dry sherry or
Seafood sticks
2 c Chopped cooked crab meat or
2 c Milk (On Sale)
1/4ts Pepper
1/2ts Dry mustard
1/2ts Salt
3 tb All-purpose flour
1/4c Margarine or butter
Apple juice

Directions:

Prepare Popovers.
Heat margarine in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until melted.
Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in crabmeat and sherry.
Heat until hot.
Serve over hot split Popovers.
