Shrimp Club Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

12 sl White or whole wheat bread,
Toasted
Mayonnaise or salad dressin
4 Lettuce leaves
12 sl Tomatoes (about 2 medium)
12 sl Bacon, crisply cooked
2 cn (4-1/2 ounces each) large (On Sale)
Shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 lg Avocado, thinly sliced

Directions:

Spread toast with mayonnaise.
Place lettuce leaf, 3 slices tomato and 3 slices bacon on each of 4 slices toast.
Top with another slice toast.
Arrange shrimp on toast.
Top with avocado slices.
Top with third slice toast.
Secure with wooden picks and cut sandwiches diagonally into 4 triangles.
4 SANDWICHES; 520 CALORIES PER SANDWICH.
