Green Beans With Walnut Dressing - Sl 11/94 Recipe

Recipe yield:

Ingredients:

2 lb Fresh green beans
3 qt ;water
1/2c Green onions; finely chopped
1/3c Olive oil
1/4c Cider vinegar
1/4c Fresh parsley; chopped
1/4c Fresh dill; chopped
1/2ts Salt
1/4ts Pepper
3/4c Walnuts; toasted & coarsely (On Sale)
-chopped

Directions:

Wash beans; trim ends.
Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven; add beans, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain and set aside.
Combine green onions and next 6 ingredients; pour over green beans, and toss gently.
Sprinkle with walnuts; serve hot or cold.
Yield: 8 servings.
