Directions:
Wash beans; trim ends.Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven; add beans, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain and set aside.
Combine green onions and next 6 ingredients; pour over green beans, and toss gently.
Sprinkle with walnuts; serve hot or cold.
Yield: 8 servings.
