Cocktail Party Shrimp Recipe

Recipe yield:

Ingredients:

1 bn Scallions/shallots
5 lb Boiled shelled cleaned
white vinegar
1 3 parts salad oil to 1 part
Red pepper
2 lg Pods garlic
Dry mustard
2 cn Whole pimentos
Pepper (On Sale)
1/2lg Bunch parsley
Salt
shrimp or defrosted frozen

Directions:

Chop vegetables fine in a food processor or blender.
Add to oil/vinegar mixture.
Mix well.
Season to taste with other seasonings.
Pour mixture over shrimp, turn several times.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, mixing occasionally.
Drain liquid to serve.
Serve with toothpicks.
