Club Sandwiches Recipe


Recipe serves:
Club Sandwiches Ingredients:

12 sl White or whole wheat bread,
Toasted
Mayonnaise or salad dressin
8 Lettuce leaves
12 sl Tomatoes (about 2 medium)
12 sl Bacon, crisply cooked
1 Pound sliced turkey or chick

Club Sandwiches Instructions:

Spread toast with mayonnaise.
Place lettuce leaf, 3 slices tomato and 3 slices bacon on each of 4 slices toast.
Top with another slice toast.
Arrange turkey on toast.
Top with lettuce leaf.
Top with third slice toast.
Secure with wooden picks and cut sandwiches diagonally into 4 triangles.
4 SANDWICHES; 605 CALORIES PER SANDWICH.
